ESTATE PLANNING

GET STARTED TODAY

PROTECT WHAT MATTERS MOST

Estate planning is more than preparing documents—it's creating a plan that protects your family, preserves your assets, and ensures your wishes are carried out with confidence.

Without a proper estate plan, important decisions about your assets, healthcare, and loved ones may be left to the courts. An estate plan provides clarity, protects your family, and gives you confidence that your wishes will be honored.

A Simple, Guided Process

Discovery & Planning

We take the time to understand your family, assets, goals, and concerns. Based on your unique circumstances, we'll recommend the planning approach that best fits your needs, whether that's a will-based plan, trust-based plan, or a more customized strategy.

Drafting & Review

We draft your estate plan and walk you through each document. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and make revisions before finalizing your plan.

Signing & Implementation

Once your documents are finalized, we'll guide you through the signing process and help ensure your plan works as intended. This includes assistance with trust funding, beneficiary designations, and other important implementation steps

TRANSPARENT FEES

We believe clients deserve clarity from the beginning.

  • Most estate planning services are offered on a flat-fee basis.
  • Fees are quoted in writing following your Discovery meeting so you understand the full scope of services before work begins.
  • Probate matters may be handled on a flat-fee or hourly basis, depending on complexity. We discuss anticipated costs, timelines, and court expenses before moving forward.

Any additional services, such as business succession planning or specialized trusts, are discussed and approved before drafting begins.

TYPICAL TURN AROUND TIME

Most estate plans are completed within 2–3 weeks after we receive the necessary information and documentation. Expedited drafting and urgent signing appointments may be available when time-sensitive circumstances arise.

NO SURPRISES. NO HIDDEN FEES. JUST CLEAR GUIDANCE & TRANSPARENT PRICING
