JUSTIN R. VOLLE

Justin is a dedicated attorney and trusted advisor who helps individuals and families protect what matters most. His practice focuses on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies designed to provide peace of mind. He also represents clients in all areas of personal injury law.  He advocates strongly for those who have been hurt at no fault of their own and move forward after life-changing events.

Known for his practical approach and commitment to client service, Justin combines strategic legal guidance with a deep understanding of the challenges his clients face. Whether helping a family create a comprehensive estate plan or standing up for an injured client, he is committed to delivering personalized representation and meaningful results.

Justin graduated with honors from Boise State University before earning his Juris Doctorate  from Concordia University School of Law in 2016, where he graduated in the top 10  of his class.

While attending law school, Justin worked as a Felony Probation and Parole Officer for the Idaho Department of Correction. During his service, he was awarded the Silver Cross for life-saving actions in an emergency situation.

Justin proudly served in the United States Army from 2004 to 2012. As a Combat Engineer, he completed two deployments to Iraq.  His military service instilled the discipline, leadership, and dedication that continues to guide his legal practice today. Justin remains committed to supporting veterans and their families within the Idaho community.
